Tolworth Recreation Centre, Heat Pump and PV Installation.

The Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary consultant team to support the development of the heat pump and PV installation at Tolworth Recreation Centre through RIBA Stages 0-2 (Strategic Definition, Preparation and Brief, and Concept Design). An initial design concept and outline cost plan have already been developed for the project.
