PAN3492 - Road Safety Audits

To produce Stage 1, Stage 2 and ultimately Stage 3 Road Safety Audits which are a requirement of new works/schemes on the Highway. A Stage 1 RSA is required at the Preliminary design stage, a Stage 2 RSA at the Detailed design stage and at Stage 3 RSA on completion of the works. As several of these schemes are fairly simple, the RSA1 and RSA2 can be carried out together, thereby reducing time and cost.
